Hi Mike,The last thing I want to do is tell people what they can and canont do. You are right, if that's what you enjoy, then go to town! But, for the most part, I would say that members of this community can assume that if it is in the gym it is good for you. That is why I am extremely selective of what I sell and promote. And do my best to relay the necessary information about those products. Many times I sell things in the gym that I do not make money from, simply for our members convenience. Back to the topic at hand. It's little things we do habitually, that have the most profound results on our life. It's not the big things we do once in a while. Can constantly drinking coconut water (AKA, gatorade) be bad for you. Yes, yes it can. Is it a deal breaker, absolutely not. But, if you were doing it thinking it's good for you, I would hate to be the reason you thought that. I want the information to be out there, and you to do exactly what you'd like. Not something the trainer wants you to do. It's the same with food choices, paleo diet, stretching, exercising, etc .. Be informed, choose wisely, and be responsible for your actions. Oh, and had no idea it was used intravenously, but, it does make sense. It's sugar water

Yep.Takes a good strong gdniorung in a looser bogan death cult to get offended by others finding humour in the juxtaposition of some random lines of poetry on the interwebs. Not saying all of the original ANZAC fellas were bogan loosers, course, but I am sure (given the demographics) that had they the opportunity, they would well have been.ANZAC Day up there with Australia Day for ambivalence in my book day off is good, but yeah. At least Aussie Day's in summer. And has fireworks.
